Return and Refund Policy

Please contact us by e-mail with your name and invoice number if you wish to return any undamaged standard size (5 in. x 5in. / 13cm x 13cm) tiles purchased from our catalogue. Contact us within 14 days of the date you receive them. We will offer a refund based upon the original payment method, including the original shipping charge, if applicable. You are responsible for safely packaging the tiles so they can be shipped to us undamaged. We will provide you with our shipping address. We will refund you the return shipping cost for a standard shipping service. Please e-mail us a copy of the return shipping receipt.  

 

The following products are not eligible for return: 

Custom made tiles that fulfill the requirements of a tile design contract made between you and Palat Pottery. This includes, but is not limited to, custom sized tiles that fit your accurately measured space and/or tiles painted with custom images for which you have accepted our preliminary drawings.

If you have measured the space for which we will make tiles, it is important to be as accurate as possible. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements.
