Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products

Palat Pottery guarantees that the tiles you purchase are free from defects. Defects are cracks. chips, crazed glaze (unless a crackle glaze is ordered), major warping or tiles that are the wrong size (assuming the space measurements are correct). 

 We are committed to representing our designs and processes as accurately as possible, ensuring that what you see in our photos and read in our descriptions closely reflect the tiles we make. 

Please understand that handmade tiles are naturally imperfect. Slight variations in size and shape or variations in the painted images can be expected. Slight warping is natural. 

Please email a valid warranty claim to us for a defective product purchased from Palat Pottery. Describe and photograph the defect and we will replace the product once returned. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the return of the product to us. We will pay for the return shipping of the defective product to us. We will provide you with our shipping address for your return and send out the shipment of the replacement product to you at no charge. (For a standard shipping service). You are responsible for safely packaging the product so it can be shipped undamaged.
